My Approach

I recently completed my Counseling Internship at The Art of Becoming Collective in Fort Collins, Colorado. I also recently graduated with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Narrative Focused Trauma Care, at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. As I step into clinical work, I consider myself to be grounded in a trauma-informed, narrative, and psychodynamic approach. Essentially, this means that I believe that stories shape our lives, holding both profound beauty and deep tragedy. Through open curiosity, tender care, and disruptive kindness, we can begin to explore the stories that have shaped you, and empower you to live in the fullness of who you were created to be.

I believe we were fundamentally created for goodness, wholeness, and deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us. Unfortunately, so much of our lived experience is shaped by brokenness and relational pain. No matter what has brought you here, I offer a safe and grounded space to explore what has been silenced, bring hidden parts into the light, and gently weave the threads of your story back into the whole of your being. I believe healing happens when your story is witnessed and tended to with care and curiosity. My work is shaped by a commitment to making room for complexity, emotion, and meaning, trusting that your body knows the truth and longs to move toward restoration. Together, we will honor your pace, your voice, and the unique way your healing takes shape.

As a mixed-media artist and creative myself, I see imagination and exploration as vital pathways toward connection. Engaging creativity allows us to meet ourselves with honesty, compassion, and courage, honoring all the parts of who we have been and who we are becoming. This process can invite you into a richer, more embodied way of living. The journey inward can be both challenging and greatly rewarding, but through creative collaboration, you don’t have to walk the journey alone.

You are welcome here. Your grief, doubt, confusion, anxiety, depression—and equally your joy, success, and courage—your story in all its intricacy, has a welcome and wanted place here.

I look forward to journeying with you toward greater wholeness!
